Miss Carslake kept her brother’s house, sometimes 3 lovers at one time in a room - became engaged to S Stuckey who lived at Weston, man of large property. became engaged, (Sir Isaac Heard Garter King at Arms & Lord Thurlow) wedding things bought everything ready, plate etc - quarrelled & parted, afterwards reconciled but never married but as soon as anyone else came down he came to Cotmaton - he died before her - in the Court & everywhere people looked at her - Miss Braddick
