3. Inform S. of E., Shoeburyness, in a new N.O. paper as follows (copy to D.S. of E., Eskmeals):-
(2) The name of Commander R.F.P. Maton has been suggested as having had considerable experience of various types of explosions during his Service at Shoeburyness. In addition you may be able to suggest the names of other members of your staff, who would be able to provide the expert evidence required.
