587To be SOLD by Private Contract,
THE Cuftomary Fee and Inheritance of a Meffuage and Tenement called HOOKS, and of an Overland Tenement adjoining called MOUNTSTEPHENS, containing together about fixty-three acres of orchard, land, meadow, and pafture, lying at Fluxton, in the parifh and manor of Ottery Saint Mary, Devon, belonging to Mr. John Whicker, and held by copy of Court Roll of the faid Manor, and are of the tenure there called Customary Tenure, and now in the poffeffion of Mr. John Skinner, as tenant to Mr. Wicker, under the yearly rental of 50l.- - Both Tenements have right of common on thofe estenfive and profitable commons called Eaft Hill and Weft Hill.
Application may be made to Mr. John Wicker, the owner, or to Mr. Glanvill, in Ottery Saint Mary; and the tenant will fhew the premifes.
