[from Scope and Content] Appeal by Isaac Toby. esq., against poor rate made in Saltash 3 Dec. last, at 2s. in £., in which Isaac Toby was rated for the Quarry Garden, also for another garden. Details of James Atwell's assessment for a tenement and orchard, and John Wilcocks' for an orchard, and Edward Nepean's for a garden: appeal dismissed Isaac Toby to pay Saltash £10 costs.
