248 Official Extract from the Will of Mrs Ann Bartlett decd, Extracted from the Registry of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury:
In the Will of Ann Bartlett late of the Parish of Sidmouth in the County of Devon Widow deceased dated 17 December 1818 is as follows:
I hereby constitute and appoint the said John Newberry and the said Thomas Lyde the younger Executors of this my Will and lastly I hereby revoke all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In witnss whereof I have to each sheet of this my Will contained in five sheets of paper subscribed my name and to the last sheet my seal also this seventeenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen Ann Bartlett (SS) Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testatrix Ann Bartlett as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto set out names as witnesses
