Elizabeth now possesses All that messuage & tenement called Lower Watercombe in Branscombe, formerly in tenure of Joseph Hook dec’d but now in possession of Paul Bartlett as tenant to sd Elizabeth for residue of two terms of 99 years, one determined on the deaths of Joseph Hook of Branscombe yeoman & Susanna now Wife of [blank] Warren of Sidbury, and the other to commence from their deaths & be determinable on deaths of Joseph Holwell of Woodbury, yeoman.10
