Hi Joan,
I don't know if this is the same couple but I have an Isaac Carslake married to Ann Newton at Otterton on Sep 7th 1809. Later I have the burial of Ann Carslake age 33 of Northmoston, Otterton in 1819 plus the burial of baby daughter Ann. These Newtons were an Otterton family.
